Royal Velvet Lavender - We grow this lavender here at our Graysmarsh Farm for culinary use. We don't use any pesticides on the Lavender. We harvest the Lavender from our field, dry it in our own drying sheds, and mechanically separate the bud from the stalks using a machine created on the Farm.
